To digitise your logo, get the file right and set up the machines for printing promotional pens we charge $75 per colour, which is what it costs us. For laser engraving there is a single $75 charge regardless of your design. The quality of the digitising of electronic art determines the quality of your promotional pens order.

Generally production lead-time on printed pens is 3 weeks from order. Final delivery time depends on where you are in Australia and the style of printed or engraved pens you choose. While 3 weeks is our usual shortest delivery time, if you have a tight deadline please let us know and we'll see what we can do. It depends on how busy we are and how good a mood the promotional printers are in.

All Fresh Promotional Pen orders are delivered nationally by Startrack Express. Lead time for delivery Australia wide to, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth is usually 1-2 days. Deliveries are charged at cost or if you prefer we can book stock onto your own freight account.
