Branding Set-Up Fees
To set-up our printing machines to personalise the promotional products you choose with your logo and message the cost is $75 (ex gst) set-up and artwork fee, per colour. For laser engraving and embroidery there is a single $75 charge.

Artwork Requirements
For printing and engraving of promotional products we require vectorised artwork, either a .eps or .ai file. If you don't have these we can reillustrate your logo for $40. For embroidery a .jpg or similar file is all that's required.

Delivery Charges
All promotional products orders are delivered Australia wide by Startrack Express. The final delivery cost of your order will depend on the weight and volume of the goods. You'll get a quote for cost of freight when you place your order. If you prefer we can book freight onto your own courier company account.

Payments
Payments can be made by credit card (except Diners), by cheque, direct transfer or cash. There is a 2% additional charge for payment by credit card.

Community Support Scheme
Charities, Schools, Clubs and Community Group Discounts are available as part of our community support scheme. Fresh Promotional Products Australia offer special discounts for non profit organisations and community groups. Tell us about your organisation or event and we'll see how we can help.
