FREIGHT DELIVERY DETAILS & COSTS Calculating Freight Costs Depending on the product you order, your address and delivery requirements there can be substantial differences in your final freight cost. For this reason it is preferable to provide a freight cost for your order with the official quote we send you after receiving your enquiry. The official freight charge on your order will be the same as the cost of the freight. In other words, there will be no margin added.
Domestic Deliveries Most domestic orders are shipped using TNT Express or Startrack. You'll find in most cases, because of the large volumes of freight we ship the price we quote for domestic freight is substantially less than you would otherwise pay.
International Orders Depending on the location of the wholesaler or manufacturer we partner with to produce your order some deliveries may arrive from an overseas address. if your order has been sourced from international suppliers it will most likely be delivered by UPS (United Parcel Service).
Using Your Own Freight Account If you prefer to ship your order on your own account, please let us know at the time you request a quote. In these cases we will organise your shipment with all possible care and attention however we cannot accept responsibility for any orders which go missing or are damaged by your carriers.
