Shipping: Prices shown do not include freight to your location. Orders are shipped using TNT or Startrack Express depending on the delivery location, with freight calculated separately for your official quotation.
Branding Area: The available branding area varies according to the shape, dimensions and individual requirements of your custom design. Our design team will identify a suitable position for your logo, company name or promotional message.
Custom Branding: Pad printing in one position is included in the prices shown. For additional print colours, multiple branding positions or alternative requirements, please ask.
Custom Made Stress Balls Colours: A wide range of custom colour options is available. Our stress ball design specialists will match your required colours as closely as possible to help reproduce the appearance of your product, logo, mascot or other custom design.

Production Lead Time: Approximately 6 weeks to 8 weeks from order confirmation and approval of the final custom design.
